The KingKoil bed they sold us was a nightmare from the beginning. My fiancé and I bought a KingKoil mattress from this place about 6 months ago. They talked very highly of KingKoil like it was the best mattress company out there and nothing could compare. They sure were right, but not in a good way we soon found out. Ever since we've had the bed it's been nothing but problems. It makes these extremely loud noises every time you move, it's like a crackly squeak I've never heard from any other mattress in my life. I've never had back pain before in my life until i slept on this bed. I'm young, healthy and fit, so there is no reason for back pain, but both my fiancé and I have had terrible back problems because of this bed they said was so great and talked so highly of. Don't let them fool you these beds are not good at all, trust me it's not great waking up with a stiff and sore back every morning. We are replacing this bed as soon as we can and I would never recommend KingKoil or this store to anyone!
