Feels like they are judging peaple,they are not interesting for us and we had to ask to help find the shoes even they are no busy and we couldn't find any shoes, but she didn't give us any suggestion just keep saying NO WE DON'T HAVE,no no.Very poor servise,very rude and not professional at all.We never go back again.

if you need shoes/boots and dont want to drive to Barrie then this is the place. selection is pretty good for such a small shop. more selection for female vs male

Very helpful staff in terms of choosing shoes, although one staff member accompanied me to my car as I have a disability - which far beyond what was expected.  Highly recommended!

Younger saleswoman gave wrong advice because she's clearly untrained. Also never once said thank you after I spent close to $500 in there on one visit. This is not the first time I've experienced poor / uninterested service there. I won't be back.
