Incredible incompetence. Looked to company for a resolution and recieved no reply. On the top of the bill it says if you spend 400 you get instant discount. This was not applied. When I returned to ask I was told it was a credit towards next time but they would not honour it anyway because I had to return boots and repurchase (troublesome as they were on feet already but I did have the bill) The staff had never noticed that was there so clearly they hope people don't notice. This is dishonest. This was on top of a long wait and terrible service..told none of size in stock..I had to find the boots on the floor. Shoe stores are not that plentiful around here but I will drive to another city before I shop there again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Terrible customer service. Very slow. 4 employees all helping 1 customer. Finally get some help to find some sizes for my children. Takes another 10 minutes. When she comes back from looking, she starts helping another customer at the front cash. Needless to say, large sale lost for this crappy place.

Very rude customer service. Just went in to exchange slipper size on a purchase from the previous day. The girl didn't want to do it and when she brought the new pair out I asked to see the slippers to make sure they were the correct size. She opened the box and turned the slippers real quick and shoves it back in the box and into a bag and just shoves it back to me. I do not recommend this location at all. Please stay away from that location.

Terrible customer service. I have visited the store 4 times in the past few months and the employees have never even said hello or asked if I need help. When I ask for sizes they have acted very unfriendly and as if the customers are an inconvenience.
