The view is nice. My fish was good and was seasoned nicely. The fries are bland and Cole slaw was dry with very little dressing. The steak had no seasoning but cooked well. Green beans were flavorful and still had a little crisp to them which was nice. The potato croquette was good. Overall just ok.
Super cute place with an industrial vibe! Great drink options and interesting menu options that were delicious! If you love cheese curds and coconut shrimp, the appetizers were terrific and the happy hour deal is a bonus! We really enjoyed the lemon basil martini and cookies and cream Stout. Try the potato croquette side - so good!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
This was our first time here. We sat out by the water on a perfect day. The menu had a lot of variety and was very reasonably priced. It was $23 for a gorgeous and perfectly cooked steak. The potato soup was amazing. My wife had a chicken and waffle sandwich, which she loved. The staff was very polite and attentive. The art on the wall was well done. I would not change anything about my experience there. And it was about $65 for 2 entrees, 3 drinks, 1 extra side and 1 bowl of soup. WU TANG! Parking: Plenty of parking towards the front of the restaurant.
We enjoyed a delicious meal here and really enjoyed the chic/casual vibe. They have an upscale menu but prices aren't over the top and the wait staff was in T-shirts. We loved the location right on the water, although we declined the 1 hour wait on a Friday night to sit outside. There was immediate seating indoors. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Love all of them! The food is all so tasty! Beautiful view and beautiful friendly waitress!
I ordered Teriyaki Salmon Burger thinking it was a Salmon filet but it turned out to be more like Salmon Croquette. If that's your cup of tea great wasn't mine. Other than great place, nice atmosphere .
I thought the our food was really good. We had the tenderloin lollipops and cheese curds for starters and they were delicious. My main was peppercorn sirloin with green beans and potato croquettes. The steak and croquettes were delicious, the green beans were a bit underdone, a little too crisp and not enough tender. My kids each had the becket burger with fries. They both loved it. My husband got the sliced prime rib sandwich, he wasn't that impressed, I tried a bite and though it was good not great though. The service from our waitress was ok. It was busy so I give her some leeway for that. Although it seems like instead of having clear sections for wait-staff it's just them going all over the place for their tables. I recommend getting a reservation, we didn't and the only table available was the one surrounding the fire pit. It looks pretty but is not fun to sit and try and enjoy your meal around. We asked if they could turn the flame down and we were told no they couldn't do that. It put a damper on the whole thing as it was uncomfortablely warm. The rest of the restaurant is really nice with great views just not the fire pit.
Enjoyed the half price happy hour menu on a Thursday evening. Cara our waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Loved the steak bites, coconut shrimp, salmon tacos and cheese curds. All nice portions and delicious. The salmon tacos, though a tad spicy, had generous portions of grilled salmon, some of the best I’ve had. And the coconut shrimp were large and succulent. Beautiful evening on the patio, on the Fox River.
Large open concept on the water. Very friendly staff. Love that it is a scratch kitchen! Menu had something to satisfy any mood. Great beer and cocktail selection. Plenty of parking. They also have small-med sized outdoor space, but the cobwebs could use cleaning! Careful sitting down. But most importantly food was delicious and staff great. Please remember, when it is a scratch kitchen, things can take a little bit longer. Not much, but be patient. You aren’t getting pre-made frozen mush!
Great place to eat Beautiful people well respected beautiful area food was remarkableRecommended dishesRisotto, Potato Croquette, Sandwich, Seared Duck, Shaved Ribeye Sandwich
