No matter what the situation is, you never yell at your customer. Karen was very I mean very unprofessional. Yes I may have been not nice to her but I did not raise my voice. Only those who understand budgets would understand my situation.

We were referred to this agent and decided to change companies in 2010. Within a a year or two our premiums began to increase. There were no tickets or accidents. I tried numerous times to speak to the "agent" and she was never available. To this date we have never met her. I have emailed, and called and left messages and there has been no response. Fast forward. I was rear ended going approximately 45 mph. while I was stopped. We again tried to contact her and again no response. 
If you're looking for a company that doesn't raise your rates and an agent who values her clients, this is not the one you want. Keep shopping.

After shopping around I was pleasantly surprised to find the best rate here, along with professional quick service.
