I have had Beco to my home on three different occasions.  The first visit was great and the cost was slightly above what I was quoted.  The second charge was a surprise visit as our doorbell decided to have a fit!!  It was ringing when no one was there and it was very hot and sparking a little.  Since I use oxygen I called and requested a prompt service call.  They arrived before 9 and removed the doorbell in about a half hour.  My problem was with the billing.  I was charged for 1 hour service and 45 minutes of travel time totaling $198.01.  I never knew that they charged for travel time!!!!  I called and spoke with someone and she was not sympathetic at all.  Beco does good work but I won’t be hiring them again.

My Generac had not worked for 2 years. This is because the company that installed it kept coming & changing a fuse; charging a fortune, & never finding the problem. Beco came out, checked it out, & got it back up and running. Very prompt, professional, and reasonable service! Thanks Beco!

As a house wife, all employees are all gentleman.  Fast workers. And know just how to save you money on repair or new services.

This company has done work for me in the past and the work was great along with the price But unfortunately I guess they are to busy to get to a job I've been waiting for since the first week of Dec18 I have called and keep getting same response someone will call me back Guess I'll just calling someone else
