Have not had a good experience with this electrician.  Used him to add outlets to the garage because his company was the one that wired our house for the builder.  After outlet was added, it kept blowing the fuse when we plugged 3 prone in.  He did come out to check and fix it after my husband called him several times.  He supposedly fixed it, and it seemed fine, but again started blowing the fuse and actually sparking.  My husband called him numerous times, each time being told that he was so busy he didn't have time to come...was told to keep calling him back...this went on for several weeks.  I finally said I would call him.  When I did talk to Mr Chapell, the owner, by the way, he said he was so busy he just could not get by ...he also said that there was not a problem when he left after working on it before...I told him I would get my husband to let me see the problem when I got home and would call him back if it was blowing the fuse. He sounded like he did not believe there was an issue,    When I got home, I asked my husband to let me see what was happening ....After plugging in a 3 prone to the outlet and seeing for myself that it not only blew the fuse, but sparked...not just once but twice, I called Mr Chapell back...he said again, he is so busy he can't get to it for several days.  We gave paid him and I believe he should have come back before now to fix it and it should not be up to us to call him OVER and OVER asking him to come fix it.  On the website, he empasizes that it is a CHRISTIAN company....I think that if that is the claim, then he should expect to be held to a higher standard, or really just be willing to correct problems with the same promptness and good customer service that any decent company should provide.  I have not seen that with this person...BEWARE of using this company.  I will repost if and when this problem is resolved....but at this point I would NOT recommend this electrician.  bTW...it is rare for me to post a negative review, but this really is ridiculous.  We may have to call another electrician to fix this problem...I will follow up if this situation is ever corrected.
