If no stars was an option that is what this experience would rate.  Never have I received such poor customer service.  I went in attempting to check the necessary qualification to receive an auto loan.  The bank associate immediately discriminated and made racial accusations.  Even suggested that we should try another financial institution., this happened even before credit was checked.   I have never been so   humiliated.  I have always heard that BECU was a great bank to use, but this experience has made me feel otherwise.

Becu  renton Staff is very nice there provide excellent services to everyone 
Mr branch manager and all staff members is very nice..........
 But maple Valley becu branch staff is provide services  the base of skin colour and racism

Clean, professional, helpful staff. Everything treated in a timely manner.

I walked in to fix a problem and ended up speaking to a manager. He was the most helpful and nice person I've ever met. He helped me with my problem and resolved it very fast and I was very pleased. I will stick to this very from now on.
