Okay I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets multiple and I mean multiple 20% off coupons emailed and mailed to me on a daily basis from this company. Well you'd think that if they send out so many coupons that they'd hire a staff that's patient enough to wait on a customer who is using several coupons am I right? Well not this store! I was checking out and trying to pull out the coupons for my items when the cashier starts harassing me because I'm holding up her line.. I looked at her nicely and said I'm sorry I will have my coupons in one second I have a 20% off for each of my items and she looked at me like I was the biggest pain in her butt. She goes and takes the 20% the lowest priced item I bought and goes "here I did the coupon for you are you happy now"..... are you kidding me. I looked at her and told her to just forget it that I'd go elsewhere and she said fine just go and hurried me away! I then went to customer service to let them know that they should really speak with that associate and let her know she needs to be more kind to customers and they were rude too and acted like she did nothing wrong! I will never step foot in that store ever again after that. I also unsubscribed from the emails because why would I want a company to blow up my email with coupons that if I try to use them in one of their stores I'm treated like crap? Horrible horrible horrible customer service never seen anything like it. Hint of advice to corporate, make sure you start from the bottom, you can't have a successful company without good employees and sadly this store is filled with rude ones with no respect for their customers.

Highly disappointed in customer service. I had a Keurig to return and they tried to scam me out of $20 of the return. I check the price in the store and on their website. I want to go to the service clerks attention she got very rude and nasty with me. And wanted to argue with me about the price. It clearly states in your store what the price is supposed to be. I'm sorry if I lost the receipt because of my husband it's not my fault he lost it. And just to keep throwing it into my face is very disrespectful. I do work for Bed Bath & Beyond for a different store. I would have never been this rude to anyone. And finally the store manager made it right. He told me that there was a glitch in the system and that they were going to fix it. Also I did not get apology from the 2 Service Clerks that waited on me. They were too busy yelling at me about the receipt. Very poor customer service.

Has a tremendous amount of merchandise. Ask for help and u get it.!!!!!!

Very small store. The employees didn't know where anything was. In fact I had tell them that I know that had an item bc I checked online before coming in, I just needed help finding it in the store. Not impressed with this store at all.

So much stuff from China. I bet China smell like this store. The store is the statehouse. Kind of overwhelms the system 28yth so much stuff in there. Staff was nice and helpfull. Not much staff though hard to find so.wine to.help.
