They have some interesting, unique kitchen gadgets. They people working there are very nice and they all ask if they can help you find something or if you have questions and I've been there a lot lately and the customer service is consistently very good. The prices are on the high side but almost every "department" has a reduced price/clearance section so you can still find some good deals.

This is one small store! One is better off driving to the Brookfield location.
The staff is very nice, and very accommodating.
It is difficult to get around the store with a cart. If you'd like a product the choice is very small. I wanted to replace a toaster, and I believe they had Cuisinart and one other.
I can stay at home and get a huge selection on Amazon, in a more comfortable arena.
I've heard the employees say they were looking for other space. If the desire to have a customer come in and browse forget it. Add a couple of people in the store and it's way too crowded. You are begging people to not shop at your location . Do you think the vast Northern end of Milwaukee deserves a better experience or will you just wait until Amazon swallows your customers, then pretend that people just didn't support your store.
