EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! A new clerk brought a cart to me when he saw I was carrying something large and heavy...like he read my mind...very impressive. Improve: give everyone on the floor radios so he could answer my question about where something was (that you didn't have.)
