Went to the lingerie dept in the evening w my mom. The sales person Margo could not have been more helpful , professional or nice. It is SUCH a treat to actually have SERVICE w a smile and with an actual caring , competent person. Yes I spent a lot but I KNOW I will be going back.

My first time in Nordstrom, Corte Madera was Sunday 3/26/17 and I was lucky enough to have a very professional, outgoing, and knowledgeable sales lady. I wish I could remember her name but management could look it up since I was in there around 12:30. It Was the bathing and work out section. I was extremely pleased with experience. Today I went back to return some items to the same department and was serviced by one if the worst sales women that I ever had. She was unprofessional, with a rude obnoxious personality that should not be working for Nordstrom s or any service minded company. I would think the manager of this section should write her up. Reviews are the only way the managers really know how effective a sales person handles transactions. Unfortunately, this us an average since the 1st sales lady was a 5 plus and the next day sakes lady was a minis 2

A newly remodeled Nordstrom with the standard wonderful products and service. This location has its own little mini parking lot, as well as the enormous lot attached to the mall. Even during the harried holiday season, I never feel like this store gets too crowded and I have always had someone available to help me.

It's still a Nordstrom, so it lacks a little something of a smaller chain, but this is a very good example of what a Nordstrom can do. (I also like their little cafe attached to it -- a great place to pick up a smoothie after you're done shopping.)
