Really like the store depending on what I need. It's very pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm supper picky about my pillows and bedding. I can get real down pillows and high thread count bedding for a very reasonable cost. The housewares selections are great but again very pricey. I would recommend just visiting to see if they have something you can't find like real down pillows. Great store! Jamie

We needed to purchase a gift on line and have a friends daughter pick it up for us because the store in Bismarck was out and could not get it to us before Christmas, but the online purchase feature only allows you to reserve the item and pay when you pick it up. The friends daughter is a young college gal and we couldn't expect her to pay for it so I called the Fargo store and spoke to Jen and explained the situation to her and she was so helpful in getting the product and allowing us to pay for it over the phone and have it ready at the customer service desk for our friends daughter to pick up for us!!! Thank you Jen for your amazing customer service skills!!
