In 2015 I used Bedazzled for my wedding, my wedding dress a size 28, and all my bridesmaid dresses ranging from size 2 to 26. Everyone tried their dress on before ordering and had no problems. I referred my cousin to them who is getting married this year. She ordered her dress and had no problems. The day we went for our bridesmaid dress fitting, they didn't have a single dress for me or another bridesmaid to try on. Only 2 bridesmaids tried on a size 14. A size 14 is a lot different than a size 28! With me being the maid of honor my cousin chose a different style dress for me. Today I went to the store to pick it up. This is the first time I tried it on, it wasn't right. It was too tight, and fit me very uncomfortably. I also tried on the other dress, it was too tight. They told me to go see the alterations lady downstairs to see how much it would be to add a corset back, which it can't even be done! Bedazzled would not refund my money, nor put what I paid toward another dress. They measured me, they told me to get that size, and it wasn't right. I WILL NEVER USE Bedazzled Bridal & Formal again!

I went to Bedazzled Bridal on a whim to look for a wedding dress. I had been four years ago for a prom dress, so my mom and I thought we'd give it a try before going to the big Charlotte stores. We worked with Paula, and it was such a great experience. She listened to my desires, was extremely helpful and fun, and ultimately helped me find the dress that I said yes to! Plus, the price of the dress was unbeatable. I highly recommend Bedazzled Bridal to the future brides who want a gorgeous dress, wonderful customer service, and the opportunity to look for bridesmaid dresses, tuxes, mother of the bride dresses, flower girl dresses...etc all in one place!

They are simply amazing. Jenny helped me find my wedding dress. She was so patient and attentive. She wasn't just trying to make the sale, she cared about what I actually wanted and my personal opinion. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, and great dress selection. Such wonderful people and I was so happy to find my dress at Bedazzled.

This store was a life saver. After going through hell with David's Bridal losing my dress this store came through for me. Ariel helped me each time I visited and each rep was so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely loved my experience at Bedazzled today. Just by stepping foot into the store, you could tell the atmosphere was so happy. The staff was FANTASTIC, & the selection is so nice. Just receiving help from the girls on the floor & their enthusiasm made me even more excited for my Junior prom! The price point was perfect as well. I'm so in love with my dress & will definitely be coming back next year!
