This store's customer service gives off a sense of "too good for you". You'd think, in a failing mall, they could provide better customer service, however not.

I am no big fan of Belk. I saw better sales in Dillards! The store has a big selection however and is huge but it is so hard to find stuff because it is so disorganized. Cashiers could be nicer and its a little dated. Its pretty nice though but I seen a childrens coat for $80 and went to Dillards (the store everyone complaints about) and found the same coat for $30! The first time I went to Belk it wad cheap but now it has gotton so expensive. Also very packed and people will look down at you, wouldn't come back.

Store has good sales on a regular basis. They always have a wide range of sizes available in the clothes section. Clerks are always very helpful.

One of the last major stores here at this mall. If you just based your knowledge of Belk as a whole on this location, you'd never know they are better than this. This place probably used to be better when the mall as a whole was nicer. In terms of quality, if you are looking to dress more with polo or other nicer brands, you should walk over to Dillard's instead.
