I called Bed X at 4:30 pm to buy my beds over the phone and delivered by 7 pm... Amazing, super friendly and fast service!!! I'd give this business  stars if I could. Definitely the business I will buy from once we can afford to upgrade our little cheap beds to bigger better beds next year.

Locally owned nice- looking shop with a large selection of mattresses to try. Very professional staff who could answer every question I had and then some. Not pushy salesmen at all which I appreciate. Competitive prices and same-day delivery available too. If you are in the market for a new mattress I would definitely go to the store and speak with the guys at BedX.

If you live in the state of Colorado and you are looking for a mattress, BedX, hands down, is the place to buy your mattress and Talalay Bliss is a company that absolutely stands behind their product and means it when they say they have a 15 year warranty.

So, my review is a customer service review. Not only of Talalay Bliss, but of the product and customer support the owners of BedX, Mat and Lyman have. I did not buy my Talalay Beautiful Bliss Cal King mattress from BedX, but from another mattress retailer, in an entirely different state, five years ago. We began to experience sagging in the areas of sleep, on both sides of the bed, leaving a high spot in the middle of the mattress. We contacted Talalay Bliss customer support, followed their warranty claim instructions and completed the forms. Within one week they had rendered a decision to replace our mattress. The only retailer in the state of Colorado to carry the Talalay Bliss is BedX. Located in Colorado Springs 5 and 1/2 hours from our home. Mat received the mattress, called me and arranged for delivery the very next day. They did not have to do that, they could have simply received the mattress, contacted me and I could have either drove all the way to Colorado Springs to pick up my mattress and bring it home, or contract a moving company to move the Cal King mattress from Colorado Springs to my home on the Western Slope. Matt loaded the mattress in the back of his truck and drove it to my house and arrived this morning at 9:30 a.m. Together Mat and I removed the old mattress and replaced it with the new Beautiful Bliss.

For not buying the mattress from BedX, not even this state, that is above and beyond any expectation I had. I am duly impressed with Talalay Bliss, there wasnt even a prorating charge for the use of 5 years of the mattress.

Store décor is very clean and elegant. Tried out the "World's Best Bed" for just  a few minutes, but wanted to stay and nap...it was so incredibly comfortable!!
