Christie came out for an estimate almost immediately after my call. The materials arrived earlier than expected, but the supplier messed up processing which delayed the job by a day or two. Kris and his team were very respectful of my family's space while they worked and we were home. Kris answered all my questions about our new floors and was so gracious about sharing details of CoSprings (we're new to CO). Some of the boards put down, would have been better in a closet where the natural blemishes are less likely to be noticed.  I'd gladly bring Kris back for any future work.

Tom did a wonderful job during our carpet sale and installation.  He answered all of our questions and called us several times to make sure everything was taken care of.  I would highly recommend his service and expertise to anyone looking to purchase flooring for their home or office.

I wanted to write a review for Carpet Direct.  I have been using them for the past 10 years and I have been happy with the quality of their carpet and their service.  My sister Colleen Peterson, who is a decorator in Pueblo Colorado, referred me to Preston Hickman.  I have been a repeat customer and don't even bother to look anywhere else for my carpet needs.
