We attended a seminar recently regarding landlord tenant laws where Max Beier of Beier Law was the main speaker. Mr. Beier was very well spoken, professional, and knowledgeable. His vast experience in Real Estate law was apparent as he answered questions from the attendees. I've had the opportunity to work with Max and the rest of the team at Beier Law on many occasions ranging from forming a corporation to various real estate transactions. Max has represented me personally as well as my clients. They are responsive, thorough, and extremely trustworthy. I never hesitate to refer my clients to Beier Law, they are amazing to work with!

Max Beier helped me purchase a commercial property that I am turning into my home. It wound up being a rather complex transaction with multiple selling parties involved and Max was extremely creative in structuring the deal so that both the sellers and the buyers (me and my wife) were pleased and all saved money. There were other attorneys helping with the deal, but Max came up with the strategy that got the deal done. Max is a skilled negotiator and one of the most-connected people in the City of Pittsburgh. He is an excellent lawyer for a wide range of legal issues and I heartily endorse his firm.
