Cost me 7,000$ to move, however it was one of the best days ever, they r not nice people, I would go into detail, however it would take forever!

I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. The management are crooked lying theives! I lived in there for 16 years and owned 2 homes there. Up until Doug Baird. Took over i had no complaints . they chose not to renew my lease so i have lost my home which i paid 18,000 for because i cant afford to move it. I wouldnt want anyone to have to go through what i have. I thought i had the security of never having to worry about moving or being forced out. I was wrong.

Too crowded, too trashy, and too many unsupervised undisciplined children playing in the middle of the street
