Lots of parking. Not as busy as many other Belk's I've visited. The place is well organized & the selection is comparable to a small/medium size Belk. If u. Shop at the Tuscaloosa Belk the selection is smaller here but the shopping experience is must better. Friendly staff. Great bathrooms and dressing rooms. I love the plus sized ladies section. It is worth the trip. This is a great Belk overall and worth the trip.

Belk in general, but especially this one, reeks of 'big box clothing store' with as much poorly organized merchandise stuffed into one building as possible. Good prices, poor atmosphere, such is Belk's bread and butter.

If I could rate my experience zero I would. The lady at the register was very unhelpful. We had found an item with no price tag on it, and knowing that it wasn't a fun experience to have to look up an item, we did our best to be polite, but the lady was rude. When we asked for a manager she called her and sarcastically told her that we refused to believe that this dress wasn't in their files. When the manager came she was equally rude and walked off with the dress never returning. I will not be buying from Belk again. And to anyone who has met this cashier I am sorry and under stand your frustration.

The past two years this store has declined drastically. I've placed numerous complaints and nothing has changed. You can not be checked out without walking around the store multiple times to find a staff member and ask them to please check you out. Today - I stood at the register of intimate apparel for 6 min waiting to checkout. Then I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked if anyone was working intimate apparel dept today. She said yes they are at the register checking people out. I told her there was no one checking me out and I have now been standing here for 8 min. The manager then asked me to look around and see if I could see her. Then she said she would send someone. 4 min later a lady came to the edge of the department and yelled I'm helping other customers over here! If no one is checking out that department at least put a sign up to which departments might be able to help!
