Been here twice, at different times to get birth certificates for my kids, both times was a smooth experience. Service was excellent so I don’t understand the complaints below. 
You have to go through a check point at the entrance, first time I went, I had my baby with me and two older kids, my baby was in a stroller and the check in process did not bother me whatsoever. It’s like going through TSA but with less people and friendlier officers. 
I paid with a credit card during my first visit, they charge you a percentage of your purchase if you pay with a card, so the second time I went, I took cash. They have an ATM by the coffee place next to the birth certificate office. No complaints from me!

Strict staff but overall good place.

Have to go through security check point to enter the bldg.  There is a small coffee shop on the left side.  Facility is new and the bathrooms are clean.  Staff are helpful.

Building is a waste of taxpayer money, staff is rude, and the justice system is a sham.
