I went to this business and was greeted by a great staff. The manager, Justin, introduced himself and welcomed me as a new customer and explained their services. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and price. I HIGHLY recommend this location on Main Street in Spartanburg. They have definitely won my business. Was charged $100 for ONE bag of laundry that was barely one load in a washing machine. Clothing weren’t fancy either so it’s not like we got anything drycleaned. Anywhere else would have charged us $20-$25.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I had 8 pair of pants hemmed, and 3 pair taken in at the waist. The alterations were excellent, and the work turned out beautifully. It took a little longer than expected, but so worth the wait. The price was more than fair, since the hems had to be surged ,which I had no way of doing myself. I am very pleased with their work, and their prices ! Great job Bell Laundry & Cleaners
Very pleased with the quality of work! However, I did think the pricing to repair a fallen hem on two dresses was too high. I understand this work is done by a different professional within the cleaners itself. The overall quality of dry cleaning was great and dry cleaning prices are affordable!
I was charged, and I kid you not, $78 for wash and fold of normal stuff, mostly towels, which equaled probably 1.5 loads of laundry. My clean laundry weighed 16.2 lbs when I got home, which is significantly less than the 23 lbs I was told it weighed. We ended up settling on $39 because I refused to pay $78 for it. The clean laundry was super wrinkled and looked like an angry 5th grader folded it. I’m sure their dry cleaning and tailoring are fine.
Dropped my order off almost three weeks ago, given a July 18th pick up date [any time after 4:00 pm]. When we stopped by on the 19th to "pick-up" we were told that the work was never done. We were then given a July 25, 2018 pick-up date, so we'll see how that goes. A simple hem job, 30 minutes if I had my own machine. Never received a call that there was a problem with "pick-up" and we live in Pacolet, S.C.
Best in the upstate. Friendly owners. If you're not getting your clothes cleaned at Bell, then you don't have clean clothes.
