This place does not care about your business so don't give them any!  I went to pick up a dress that was to be cleaned.  It was dirtier than when I brought it in (absolutely covered in fuzz, hair, and lint).  When I complained they acted annoyed with me.  The girl said nothing and got the manager.  He walked out and said "What?" Then told me to come back in another 2 days.  When I returned again, no one there could still manage to utter the words "I'm sorry" and at least act like they cared a little.  It shouldn't have been a big deal, but became one -- if you are going to act like I'm inconveniencing you because you can't do your job correctly and you don't even care enough to apologize for YOUR mistake and making me have to drive across town twice, then you don't need my family's business. Mistakes happen, but I didn't think two simple words were too much to ask for.  From now on I will take my business to someone who appreciates it.
