I researched several local storage companies for my daughters' college belongings and this one best fit our needs. I also used their chatline which was particularly helpful and instrumental in my choice. The Office staff were particularly friendly, helpful and didn't mind at all showing me different sizes of units even while my needs changed, on multiple Sundays! They were adaptable and flexible, and also had the best military/EMS discount I could find for a short-term rental. Their units are gated and secure, well built, clean, and monitored. Super customer care for myself and my daughters. I would highly recommend them to all.

Friendly staff, very responsive to calls. Tiffany did a great job showing options for our growing business requirements. The unit we selected was clean and ready for move-in so we took it on the spot. Thanks for the free lock!!!!!

Is clean, they are military friendly, staff are really nice. You are safe as you know they have cameras. The prices are okay a little high but if you are military you get military discount.

The staff are extremely courteous and were prompt with a response to my online inquiry through a 3rd part site. Petra was pleasant to deal with in person and so was Eric via email. Great rental deal, too!

I have been using Bell Mini Storage off and on for over 30 years. I have never had a problem with them. They are always willing to work with me and come up with a equitable solution. I highly recommend them for any of your storage and uhaul needs.
