Was charged for 2 days when I only had it for a few hours. My contract said I had until 9:30am the following day to return it, we returned it at 9:00pm the same day we got it. When I called about my bill she said she didn't know how to describe what my charges mean she finally told me I was charged for 2 days and that just how its charged. I told her my contract only charged for one day she said she couldn't do anything and that I needed to call the 1-80. Number for Uhaul. When I talked to them they said they charged me for 2 days instead of one and I had to wait to get my refund back. Do not use this company.

They took my money for unit no problem.
I only used it for 5 days and was promised my money back when unit was checked and keys were returned. Here it is April and I've been waiting since January for my refund !. They're quick to take your money but all about the run around when its time to pay up.
