From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you’re right at home. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is phenomenal, and the food is amazing! Recommended to me by a close friend with high regards to the Meatball Sub, I had to see for myself what the hype was all about. I decided to go in for lunch by myself one day, and was instantly greeted by some of the nicest people I had ever met, Emily and Renee were their names. They took such great care of me, brought out a meatball sub that looked heavenly, and we chatted for a few minutes. As I sat down and started to eat my lunch, I realized that this sub tasted even greater than it looked! Being the lunch hour, It started to get pretty busy while I was in there. I was able to watch the two of them take such good care of everybody who walked in, knowing many of them by first name! As I finished the most delicious meatball sub I had ever had, I made the realization that inside this Italian deli, right in the heart of downtown Oconomowoc, they made me feel at home! Now when I walk in they know me by name, And I try different things on the menu each time. I haven’t had anything I did not love yet! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

3 stars due to the fact that for the price I would have preferred a more complete sandwich. Meat lacked flavor & insanely thin tomato slices. The sauces were great. Good flavor. They made the sandwich. For 10 dollars I would preferred the meat and veggies to do the heavy lifting & the sauce to enhance the sandwhich.

I love to eat and this place never disappoints! Good portion size even their salads fill you up. My goto is either the meatball or the combo with hot everything.

Meatball sandwich is just a bit spicy, enough for 2 meals or a hearty one for a large appetite. Tiramisu was the best ever - creamy and flavorful.
