Arrived at 4:30 am for 5:30 am appt. Currently 7:48 am, still waiting for a door. Capstone sitting around and smoking. Thank God for detention. Kinda takes the sting out a little. 

Update: Empty at 11 am. So just like all the other 1 and 2 star reviews and their attitudes definitely need some work ***Pay super close attn to your in and out times if you get detention. They fudge the times.****

Guess I got "lucky", considering other reviews.

Phone call for paperwork at 0420. 
Full truck load of vinegar.
Capstone lumper $199.

When delivering here prepare to stay awhile.
The only good thing is they allow early arrival

This place is not efficient when delivering a load to them. There is about a five hour turn around time minimum getting you in and out of the docks. The staff is not very polite here in the receiving department. I've been delivering here for almost nine years now. And never once have I been in and out of here within the two hour time frame the trucking industry gives shippers or receivers time to get their load on or off your truck. This distribution center has always had a serious lack of respect for drivers and for their time they spend there waiting to get unloaded. Not a recommended place to go to. Sorry, it is what it is.

Two star for allowing to park befor the appt time (up to 4 hr prior to your appt), and after delivery finding my trailer with no additional ventilation holes.
CAPSTONE -lumper service (this says it all) 

Appt 10:00PM, through the gate at 9:00pm, checked in at 9:30PM got a door. 2:25AM and $364 later I am out of here and good luck finding parking at this time.
