I have received a pedicure from here and quite enjoyed it. Tools were clean, I was offered a beverage(mimosa was an option), they were efficient and my toes looked good.  I decided to get a gel manicure on a Friday evening. I wanted the cool hombre style, but they lady said she couldn't do it. No biggie, but a bit of a bummer.  She was nice and did a pretty good, I was happy with my nails. Here's where the loss of stars comes in, my nails began to chip the next morning! One little chip, I'll get over it, not happy, but I'll get over it. Day two, I had THREE nails chipped with some good chunks missing from two, so I decided I was going to go back and have them fix my nails on Monday because that was my next available day. So prepared to request a fix, a fourth nail chips, and I decided forget it. I was able to peel all of my gel polish off in about 5 minutes without any tools or acetone. 

Bottom line: GET a pedicure here, DON'T get a gel manicure

First time at Bella nails ... needed a fill for a set I wasn’t happy with that I got done in the Bay Area! Lisa was awesome she fixed my nails and they came out great!! Thanks again Lisa 💅🏽

Did a great job, and I got to enjoy a pedicure and a mimosa! Tons of color options for gel and regular polish. Nice relaxing environment

They did an ok job on my nails, the pedicure was wonderful, and loved yhe complimentary mimosa# But the experience went downhill fast when they left me waiting for nearly 30 minutes while they went back and forth to Staples to find the right receipt paper for the credit card machine (the clerk actually vame back with the wrong paper!). I think in today's age with how many people use cards to pay for services, credit card machine receipt paper just seems like something you should have in your inventory at all times. Had it not been for that it would have been a good experience. But the gentleman who was ringing me up acted like it was no big deal for me to wait, even when I told him I needed to go pick up my kid, and didn't offer anything up for the inconvenience. Either a discount or gift certificate would have improved things and seemed warranted given the ridiculously ling wait. And while they were working on my nails he had been playing on his phone instead of doing anything in the salon! Ultimately, I felt like he disrespected my time, and that did not make for a good experience.

Liked the service and the wine.... But honestly my nails are not good. I got a fill and nail design. She rushed through them and they are uneven and thick.  I probably won't come back...
