Walked in on a Sunday since no one answered the phone, walked in like the website suggested for a pedicure. Took forever just for anyone to acknowledge myself and the three people ahead of me. One woman needed to pay for services and no one knew what to do, the other guest decided to come another day, we were told to go to a salon across the way and I'm so glad I did. We were treated way better, I will never return to sanctuary.

This is a great salon. I was referred here by a good friend. I get my hair done with Vandi. She is nice, professional, and well trained. Vandi has natural wavy/curly hair like me, so she understands what I like and how to manage my hair. The pricing is typical of any good quality salon. They also have really flexible scheduling and could see me right away. The staff has always been really polite, friendly, and quick. Santuary Salon is really clean and well spaced. It doesn't have any over-powering chemical/treatment smells like other salons. I would highly recommend it!

I felt like I was inconveniencing the stylists from the moment I checked in for my appointment to the moment I paid $125 for a horrific perm which I had to spend an additional $60 to straighten out at another salon afterward.  I should not have paid at all, considering the stylist, Tim or "Timbow," wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time doing exactly what I asked him not to do, super tight spirals.  After putting 3/4 of my hair into rollers, he decided to go to the supply store to pick up the jumbo rollers that I requested in the first place, only returning 45 minutes later empty-handed and having eaten his lunch, all while I was sitting awkwardly in his chair.
