I've been making a long drive from colorado springs going to Bella nails for over a year with a favorite nail tech. However, I recently booked 3 appts for myself, mom and aunt on a particular day that worked for our schedules prior to our trip out of town for my wedding, unknowingly that particular day happened to be mothers day. I was contacted by my favorite nail tech to see if we could make changes to a different time or day which she was very polite and accommodating. However when I called to see if we could also change the other two appts to the same time as mine I spoke to christine on the phone, which she was very rude and quite ignorant. She kept repeating they dont allow appts on mothers day. When I tried to explain to her that I was not told so when I first called to book our appts over a week ago, she just kept saying "well I just want YOU TO KNOW that we dont make appts on mothers day." First off that girl needs to learn some manners and second customers dont NEED TO KNOW this, your staff NEEDS TO KNOW this and communicate that to the customer when they first call. I didnt need an appt on MOTHERS DAY per say, I just needed an appt on one of my days off prior to our trip. I will be taking my business else where.

I came here about two months ago and they are beyond rude. I wanted to get acrylics after saying I wanted a manicure, they hadn't even begun painting my nails and they were already charging me $15!! They said they could do the acrylics but only If I payed an additional $28. Nonsense. They charge to much for no reason. They then began talking in their own language, who knows what the where saying which disrespectful to those who dont speak their language. I'm surprised they even have customers since they clearly know nothing about manners. At least the guy doing my nails was nice but never going there again.

I go here monthly sometimes bi weekly and everyone here is amazing! I always love the way my nails turn out. I get my brows done here as well! The price matches the quality! Love love love it here!
