Last time I went is the last time I'll go. Really bad job.  Stopped in the middle of my manicure to insist I "pay now".  Before it was done.  The polish was tacky for a long time and it had groves and bubbles right from the start.  Not worth the money or the time.  Not to mention, they don't talk to you.  Just to each other.

I just returned from Mimi Nails one hour ago on the evening of August 14, 2017. .  I was charged $35 for a pedicure in which multiple calluses were left particularly on my right foot and toes.   

I called and talked to a girl named LYNN who refused point blank to give me the name and contact number for a manager she finally, quite grudgingly said was "Rick" .  She said "Rick" never comes in and that I just needed to come in and have it redone.  Which I cannot do.  I've contacted my bank to put a claim against this lousy service, namely that the elderly technician lady -- who is very sweet, but had started to file my nails with nail polish on it and I stopped her.  Then she doesn't properly buff my feet!  I did say something to her but she opted not to "understand" my words & I had to be somewhere and no time to argue.  What is interesting to me is for the past half hour, I've been YELLED AT by Lynn who demands I return to have the issue corrected.  I told her I would gladly take pictures of my undone feet and email a picture for her to see, but she refused.  Stating repeatedly I had to come back in -- but with pending dental surgery tomorrow, it is impossible.  AVOID this business.  I'm a business owner and manager myself and I would NEVER argue with or refuse to have a customer have the capability of talking to me about their complaint.  Lena disagrees.  She prefers to yell at me.  I insisted on talking to "Rick" or whoever the manager was or have a contact number and she hung up on me!  NEVER happened before.  Unprecidented.

Walked in to get a nail fixed. Some employees were free not working on anyone and one of them said it was a 30 minute wait, she asked me to go do something and then come back. I told her I drove to the establishment specifically to get my nail fixed so I had no where else to go. The $40 dipping powder nails were done there so that's why I went back to get it fixed since they promised it would last longer and that it was worth the larger expense. I lost the layer of dipping powder one week after getting them done, I guess it wasn't as long lasting as they said it would.

I love Mimi nails. They are the best pedicure for the money.  They use hot stones and wax. Tonight they were literally locking the door to get out due to the snowstorm but they opened back up just for me. Best service ever!!
