Ordered two subs. Waited fifteen minutes after I paid for them. Was told the pizza sub was coming out of the oven when I paid for them. Watched them be placed in the pick up area after ten minutes. Five minutes later and employees walking past me I had to ask if my subs where done. They acted like I was bothering them because I wanted my food. The excuse for not checking on me or my food was that they normally put the order in the window. Way to pass the buck. After waiting so long for my order it was still messed up. Rolls on both were burnt. I had absolutely no oil on my roast beef.

I like the pizza but I wasn't very happy with the taco salad. Don't get me wrong it was flavorful but they barely put any ground beef in it. It was mostly lettuce. So that was very disappointing. I also have tried the shrimp in a basket and was very unhappy. I will continue to try different things because the staff is friendly and my husband loves the sub's.

Normally everything is good, hot and fast. Tonight my husband ordered the monthly special of a chicken finger sub and 25 minutes later brought out a sub that the roll was so burnt nobody would have eaten it. Really? If you knew it was burnt why even bring it out to him. Not happy.

Best food in town prices are comparable to the area. Speedy deliveries. Friendly staff. There's a reason Bella's been around so long. Anytime there's been an issue with an order it is quickly rectified. Great great. Restaurant!
