I realize it's the busiest day of the year, but my simple plain cheese pizza took 2.5 hours on Superbowl Sunday when told 1 - 1.5 hours.  I even waited until after half time to place the order.  It also arrived cold, burnt and with barely any cheese.  

I was credited for a free pizza for my bad experience.  I wouldnt be writing this review unless I didnt have yet again, another bad experience when calling in to order the free pizza a few weeks later!  They refused to deliver it .... so I just lost my ($3.99) charged for delivery on Superbowl Sunday.  And AGAIN, barely any cheese on the pizza.  

I love the Bella at the oceanfront.  But don't go to this location.

I usually order through grub hub. It’s my “go-to” the food is ALWAYS hot, ALWAYS amazing. They use really quality ingredients and when you spend $20 you get free fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar & dear lord, they are DELICIOUS!! I’d recommend them to anyone, always

I ordered Bella's today and kind of regret it. When placing my order I tried to use a coupon that they had on their website ($19.99 for XL one- topping pizza, 10 wings, and two sodas), and was told I couldn't because it expired already. The coupon didn't have a expiration date on, but okay. When I finished placing my order and got the final total, the guy told me he charged me for two sodas. The coupon said you get two sodas. He took the extra charge off, and told me I would get the two 2 liters. I waited over a hour to get my pizza, and had 10 minutes to eat my lunch by time my ordered arrive. When I got the pizza it was lukewarm, and the crust was the only part cut. Also, the lady who delivered the pizza told me either I could get two 20 oz  or one 2 liter (it was a miss print) . That was not what I was told earlier on the phone. So, we had to cut it ourselves and heat our slices up in the microwave. NY style pizza doesn't taste well when you heat it up in the microwave.  Overall, I'm done with Bella's. One and done for me. Oh, the woman who picked up the phone when I call to check on my pizza was nice and the delivery person.

I called to order and the receiver said it will be a while and just hang up. I called the second time because I didn't understand why she couldn't just say they are backed up or so busy to take orders for now and not just hang up. The person who received my call without asking anything said hold on so I waited for about 5 minutes and the next person said it will be a while then click. Extra effort on customer service please?
