I order a mashed potato pizza with caramelized onions.But they weren’t actually caramelized onions. And it was just so flavorless. Just bad. I do not recommend. I also order a spicy buffalo chicken pie with crispy chicken but it wasn’t what I got. It would definitely be the last time I order from here. Btw I never actually love this place but my husband says it was better before with the previous owners.

Not sure if this is Chicago or New York style pizza where the toppings are all jammed in the corner like this, but it certainly made each slice a unique experience.  Each piece was a flavor snowflake, one that tasted of just dough, one that had a hint of sauce, one that was just a giant pile of cheese.  Something for the whole family!

Been going there for years. Lived in New Britain Moved to Middletown Ct. I just love this restaurant.  There's a cook been there for 20 yrs He is the Best I recommend this one 5 stars The servers are wonderful very pleasant and they take good care of you. Always a smile on there face and happy Awesome food Go try it you wont be disappointed Bella's Ristorante Chamberlain Highway Used to be Roger's Market next door. How I miss them

Bella’s extremely hit or miss. I am a very loyal customer and I have ordered from here so many times. Unfortunately, today is likely my very last time ordering from here. My chicken franchese had zero flavor. And I mean zero, the sauce was watery and almost totally clear like water. Last time I had it, it was great. It must depend on who is working. I’m tired of gambling my money away each time I order from here

I ordered a cheese pizza, got no cheese just sauce, the delivery was almost 30 minutes late, it said would come at 9:09 ordered at 8:47 didn’t come until 9:35. Waited almost an hour for a pizza with no cheese.

The food is good. The people are nice. They have a great menu as well.  Parking: Lots of space. Right on 71.

Safeside Treatments LLC staff comes here all the time for great thin crust pizza and Italian food  highly recommend and the best  pizza in town

Terrible experience. And I work in customer service. Went here for Mother’s Day with my mom and boyfriend and we got a simple margarita pizza. The sauce was flavorless/watery, barely any cheese, and actually tasted horrible. It also took at least an hour to get to our table. I don’t think I would’ve said anything except that this was the second time trying to come back there. Last time it was chicken parm that was burnt and soggy. There will not be a third chance I suppose especially since they were fighting us that it wasn’t terrible and they initially made my boyfriend pay full price for this terrible thing before I went back in and they refunded us. Lesson #1: The customer is always right.

Amazing food and service, no need to go anywhere else for fantastic food!!
