Tried the pepperoni and mushroom slice. Crunchy, thick crust. Good flavor. Nice to see another addition to the neighborhood. The place offers several small tables of outdoor sidewalk seating. Small bar offers beer, wine, and Italian-inspired cocktails. Bring cash to avoid the modest credit card service fee. Thanks!
Wow! What amazing pizza. Everything is certainly homemade. I tried the mushroom, it was lite, crisp and the shroom sauce is to die for. It’s a cut above a typical New York slice. The menu is creative and they are such a great husband and wife team. Such a great edition to the neighborhood can’t wait to try the brunch pizza’s.
Super cool new pizza spot in downtown Brooklyn. Stopped by for a slice and some wine and it did not disappoint. Good amount of toppings and the crust is out of this world. Would highly recommend checking it out
Recently opened! I tried the Angry Italian slice which had great flavor. Definitely had a little kick to it. No cheese-pull action but the crust was crunchy and a little chewy. Hot honey was delicious. The only feedback I have is the slices were cut inconsistently. My slice was a bit small relative to the ones my coworker got. $6.50 after tax and the slice was the size of my palm :’ Looks like each slice is cut with a scissor so I guess it’s just luck of the draw which could suck if you get the short end of the stick. Interested in trying some of their other slices!
Dining here was a total disappointment. My husband and I met the owners out front one night on a walk home from a great meal on DeKalb, and I pledged to come back and try their Roman style pizza. Last night we invited my friend’s teen kids to join us for dinner at Fuccio. We ordered 5 slices squares and 2 salads to share plus 3 soft drinks from the fridge. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and brought the meal to us all packed up to go. We were eating outside. The pizza wasn’t great-I had a piece of Margarita with no sauce or cheese that was just tough crust slightly burned. The bite of the mushroom slice I had was the same, the salads were meh, I hate eating with plastic forks and all of the paper waste since they bagged up everything. It was a disappointing and embarrassing dinner! At one point a rat ran under the table you have to throw away all of the paper cartons and plates into an overflowing trash bin on the street and someone came up to the table trying to get money. I guess there still are no great places to eat in Downtown Brooklyn, I sure won’t go back to Fuccio!
Fuccio’s mushroom and margarita pizza was really great, but the pepperoni didn’t do anything for me. A weird comment from someone who always wants the bigger slice, the three slices I got were different in size though the price was not. As I know you are new and working on the kinks, this was something I noticed. Will be back for that mushroom pizza tho!
Fuccio did not disappoint! You have to try the Angry Italian. Super dog-friendly front patio area on a quiet street. Mark & Jackie were so welcoming. Love this new neighborhood gem!
Outta bounds!!!!! This place is the hottest spot in Brooklyn. You will not be disappointed. There’s a buzz like a hive with a calm summer swing. You can taste the authentic Italian love in every bite. If you are wondering, just check out the line out the door and down the block. Let’s go!!!!
Terrific Roman style! A real gem for the neighborhood. We had angry Italian, mortadel pizza, and a nice Caesar salad on the side. Nice cocktails too!
They just opened and I have to say it’s the best Roman pizza in nyc! The pizza is so fluffy. I dream about them bottle their pesto sauce and hot honey. Def! Coming back!
