Great way to get another form of excercise in while being fun and sensual.  The instructors are accomodating for all dance levels.  My 24 yr old daughter and I take classes together. and we both love it. Woman empowerment!

Expensive for a half hour of sexy stretching followed by an hour of learning to sexy walk around a pole.  I expected to learn more poll work and only saw two basic moves. I was very disappointed.

I absolutely love Bella Pole and Dance! I started my pole dancing journey almost two years ago here at Bella and I couldn't be happier! It taught me how to love myself and helped me make amazing connections with other women! If you're thinking about pole dancing, just try it at Bella and you wont regret it!

Bella dance studio is more than pole tricks. You learn how to love the body you're in, you build confidence, and you gain friendships. It's a great place to be vulnerable and also set fitness goals for yourself.  Highly recommended!

My first dance at Bella Pole and Dance was emotional to say the least. I have been dancing for many years and have been to several different studios. None of them made me feel more comfortable, confident and welcome then the ladies at Bella. I decided to try a Liquid Motion class because I was feeling like I wanted to be done with pole classes. I had my own issues I needed to work through. Instantly I felt excited, relaxed and that I had found my "Pole Home". 

Naomi impressed me with her patience and excitement during my first class. At the end of class the students sat and watched Naomi dance beautify and I was in awe. I realized halfway through her dance that I was tearing up. I had been so sad (as a "homeless" pole dancer for about a year) and hadn't realized I forgot what happiness felt like. I realized that I had been feeling happiness the entire class.  I didn't know how much I missed dance and getting to know other ladies as obsessed with pole as I was.

Naomi has created an environment that is all inclusive. She welcomes every student with open arms. You will feel accepted, loved and beautiful at Bella Pole and Dance. I look forward to each and every class, knowing I will leave feeling amazing. If I miss classes for any reason, life can get in the way, I have realized I get really grumpy and my family insists I get back to class ASAP!

I have loved making new friends and loved that no matter what, I always feel happy and comfortable in every class. In a world where most women are body conscious, this is a place to make you feel great about yourself, to gain love and support from other women and to begin to love yourself more then you already do.
