A year ago I struggled with my weight and I tried all types of solutions, and they just didn't work! I tried dieting on my own, supplements, not eating for a few hours, I tried the whole 9. I decided to give in. I searched for a trainer near me, I was ready to gain my confidence back no matter how complex it may be. Something about their website hit me in all the good places. Even some of the reviews were spot on. I called, the lady over the phone set up my appointment, and I was feeling better already. I think even if you're not the most open person, you will still be able to be comfortable and lose weight/gain muscle at your own pace. Camlin is not only an amazing qualified trainer, she's like my best friend. She will give you tips, correct form, and an experience of a life time. For a value like this, the functional body shop is what everyone needs. I am now 45 years old, and I feel 23! If you're thinking about getting a trainer, come to their studio. Thank you, Camlin and Lonell Jackson.

This place is amazing. Great Trainers with a lot of passion. The trainers are knowledgeable and professional. The prices are very affordable.

Lonell and Camlin are awesome. My husband and I have been training with Lonell for a few months now and we really enjoy doing it. I love training with him because the training is fun, challenging and most importantly...effective! I would recommend this gym to anyone. Thank you so much for being AWESOME!!!. Have a wonderful day.

I've been coming to The Functional Bodyshop for 2 months now. The trainers are so passionate about fitness and want to help you succeed. I'm definitely a beginner but I've never felt intimidated or defeated. I paid almost twice as much at a crossfit box for 2 classes a week and here I get unlimited classes for half that price. LOVE this place and I look forward to coming here every week!

Camlin and Lonell are compassionate, positive, and creative they come up with effective ways to give you a complete workout within 30-40minutes.
