I've been going to Bella for about 10 years and it's always a five-star experience. From the products to the people, I can't say enough good things about Bella. I would recommend this salon to anyone - male or female!

This place is terrible! I went here for 10 years and my last experience was the worse ever. I left crying! I went in on a Wednesday for a touch up to my gold ombre. Thr styles said she would go for a gold-pink color. Okay. I walked out with pink highlights! I called the next day for a correction and they treated me horrible from the second i walked in. They demanded i sign a waiver about how i changed my mind on the color and they would see what they could do. I didn't change my mind, you messed up! They lightened my hair woth an end result of blond and even brighter pink highlights. I told them it didn't care for the sporadic pink a d wanted it to at least look professionally done and consistent in color. I said please pit a small amount if pink through out all my hair with a goldish color so it was consistent. I was told by the stylist and owner i was changing my mind and their needed to be reimbursement so they would have to charge me for it. I never asked for pink highlights and was trying to find a way to live with what they did to my hair! They gave me attitude the while time and may me feel very uncomfortable! I strongly suggest going somewhere else!
