Love the online check in. I always bring my 12 year old son here for haircuts. Wish I would have got the name of the gal that cut my son's hair tonight... she was so personable with him and talked to him about all his sports. She even recommended a product for his sunburn.

It's a chain so lacking the character of a barber shop, but you know what to expect.  I always get a good cut there, and usually nice conversation.  Only complaint would be that it always seems to be busy - which can probably be interpreted as others really like it too.  Just be sure to use online checkin.

Excellent service. The staff have been there a long time. Very little turnover. If you had to wait it is well worth it. They are professional and very thorough.
