My grandmother has lived at Bella vista for 17 years. It used to be a safe community but now it is so poorly monitored that even I was scared to walk to the store in broad daylight alone. The security used to walk the premises regularly but in the past few years I've never seen one guard.

Neighbors are polite. Some of office staff could be better(professional).

Nice rooms, police station on campus.   Visitor parking availability is terrible considering the number of units available.

The little convenience store is a rip off... they are robbing the elderly in the building...  prices are overpriced
