Rude workers. Moldy houses with full of insects and mice and extremely overpriced. They knew my dishwasher was broken, they sold the building to a new owner and didn't even mention it. Not to mention that they kept replacing the ceiling tile (which took 3 months) for a leak instead of fixing the leak.

I had a partial tour of an apartment in East Rock. Partial, because halfway through the tour another agent comes in and says this apartment has already been sold. This is after waiting 20 minutes for MATT FALLON, the agent, to arrive. So I waited 20 minutes and took a tour of an apartment that wasn’t even available. If this is how they conduct business when they are trying to sell you something, imagine how they’ll be when you want something from them.

The owner and staff are great, they are friendly, very knowledgeable in their field of work, and definitely know what they are doing.
