I've been going to this salon for about 15 years. It is beautiful and the veteran girls (i.e. Wendy, Van...) are all really talented. However, the owner Ben is not the best business man though (double booking, making you wait 30+ minutes after your reservation, )...and all the new girls have been disappointing. Quality isn't what it used to be :(

I normally don't give out all stars to leave room for improvement but I must say that Kim & Grace did such an amazing job that I personally believe, this is the spa after countless nail spa searches. 
My search is finally done & over with!! Despite the others being skillful with their own techniques, what good is it when your service and pricing does not match?! 
 Hands down Bella Vous for space cleanliness, service, pricing & Pedi & Mani Kim & Graces' skillful hands.

I rate one star because I have to in order to voice my experience. However describing my experience is hard to put into words as I sit here after apologizing to the wonderful women who came in on a Saturday morning to relax as I did. To the customer who made a stink about not being seated despite not having an appoinment and then end up having my wonderful girls rushed through my work as I made an appointment, unacceptable for those enjoying their experience around you! To the tyrant owner who speaks in such a demeaning way. As I asked him to not rush my work he thought it would be ok to yell at me, why because he exploded on the wrong person?? Unacceptable. After this ordeal in front of approximately 8 clients and all his staff I was not asked to return and you don't have to tell me twice because I wasn't planning on returning. And the cherry on top he gossiped with a client multiple times about the same issue repeatedly as all clients cringed and tried not to stare at me in disbelief. A more immature, tyrant man I don't believe I've met and I work in the social services field having come accross many people. The ladies who took care of me were wonderful friendly and would rate them a five, I walk away paying in full because knowing this tyrant owner exist it would only come out of their pockets. So take a risk or not your choice my experience with this type of care is not acceptable in a professional world despite his disagreement with me. This owner does not believe in customer care. Oh and he apologized to the client who initially made an issue about not being tended to. Priceless!!!
