Really great pedicure, amazing neck and shoulder massage, worst manicure I have ever had; nails jagged, still needed cleaning under nail after polished/had to ask manicurist to clean and to top it off, she was sick, sneezing out to the air, didn't even cover her nose/mouth when she sneezed.  I should have left but the pedicurist and masseuse were great.   I go there because it is convenient for walk in appointments. But it's over priced and they nickel  and dime you for every little thing.  (I think I was even charged $1 to have a hot towel on my neck after the neck massage.)

I have got to find a better nail shop.

I’d give them zero stars if I could.  My second time trying this salon and I will never go back. They are rushed, not clean, and not professsional. I sat down all the way in the back on very uncomfortable stools for a basic mani. I was asked (and I’m not exaggerating) 5 times if I wanted additional services - from pedi to gel to pedi again. How many times do I need to say “just a regular manicure”. And then I asked that my nails be cut instead of filed because I like them short - she told me I had to cut them myself because they were too short and handed me the nail clippers. I’ve been to many, many salons and never has that happened to me. My nails are short, but not that short. What was I paying for? So I went ahead and cut them... Then she proceeded to roughly file and throw my fingers as she was done with each... I looked to see if they were straight and they were all uneven! I asked for someone else to finish, no one came... I got up and left. There are so many other nail salons, do not waste your time or money here. You will regret it. Unprofessional and only want your money.

I have been going to Bellagio for years.  Like any service place it’s about your person. Tammy is an absolute star.  A perfectionist who also happens to be a lovely person. An artist really.

Meh. I've been here a couple of times. It's loud, rushed and the quality of work is highly variable. It is NOT a "relax and feel pampered" environment. It's cramped and dirty too-the 3 inches of dust on the backwall's sign make my skin crawl. I think the equipment is clean, so I'm not worried about infection, I just feel like the dust is an indication of the overall level of caring.

I just left.  Worst pedicure I have ever had.  I asked to have the side of the nails cut.... no. I asked multiple times for a buff..... no.  My nails look horrible.  They look dirty and crooked.  I asked how much the deluxe was she said it was $27.  At the register it was $37. She put an exfoliate on my legs and never wiped it off.  It dried and my legs are sticky.  This was such a bad experience. I will never go back.  They had 3 chances.
