I feel that their rates / pay structure is ridiculous! Quoted me $207. For a 50 minute message on only my legs.. really!?.. I can understand your company would like sell memberships but on my opinion to gouge someone your tying to encourage to join is the wrong business model.. Even a company like Burke Williams is not that expensive and they have a spa/showers/lockers/jacuzzis etc! And include extra 10min for a FULL body message! Get it together!

I was referred to Massage Envy Marina Del Rey...I have not had a facial in years. My facial was done my Angela. My skin was horrible! It was dehydrated and dull. Angela was patient and took the time to explain what she observed in my skin. After my facial, my skin was glowing and hydrated😊 I plan to go back in a few weeks! The one thing I don't like is the membership they offer of $70 monthly whether you go or not. Although your unused credit can be used during the following month. I'm not a fan of paying for monthly for a service that I have not received. Prefer to be a member and pay as I go. Overall excellent service!

Very poorly run. They are incapable of accurately keeping track of billing and unless you want to go in at 10am in the morning or 7pm at night, it takes several weeks to get an appointment. There are a few good therapists, but many of the best have left there seems to be a lot of turnover. And the best ones work in the mornings M-F and get off at 1pm, so if you want a late afternoon or early evening massage, you don't get the best. After 7 years, I wanted to cancel my membership and was sent a form saying I was still in my initiation period and that I had to provide proof that I did not live within 25 miles of a massage envy. Burke Williams simply massage membership rate for 60 minutes is $59 - Massage Envy is now up to $70 - if you can even get an appointment. the only reason it gets 2 stars is because there are some good therapists there.

While the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very pleasant, the overall massage quality was sub-par to poor. After being a member for a year, I was only able to find 2 therapists at the MDR location and none at the SM location who demonstrated effective, professional-level technique. Felt I wasted time and $$$ as a member and found little benefit from all but 2 therapists.

Had my second experience today with Jaime. She is fabulous. The best whole body massage I ever had. Her attention to finding the sore spots and treating them is exceptional. Highly recommended!
