This is by far the best nail salon I've been to in Pensacola. It does not smell of chemicals, and the staff is professional and friendly. I have been going to John for about a year now and I've had the best nails of my life. I get acrylic nails and they look natural, and they always last! I usually go every 3 weeks for a fill in. The only nail salon I'll go to! I highly recommend going and seeing John for your nails.

Super over priced. $39 for a simple manicure. Rubbed my arms for maybe 3 minutes. Definitely going somewhere else next time. Better salons elsewhere.

John did a FABULOUS job on my festive manicure. I couldn’t capture the beauty of this color! It’s prefect for the season! He definitely knows what he’s doing & this place is gorgeous inside & they make you feel special without costing a fortune! Also; my last shellac manicure from this place lasted 22 days!!! I only had them redone bc they grew out so much!

If y'all want the worst full set ever then this is definitely the place for you! But if you want good nails then y'all must definitely go somewhere else. I got my nails done yesterday and it was my far the worst I could ever get! The were too short and the guy who did my nails was filling too short and cut the side of my pinky. I asked him too fix them and make them longer but he said " it too late " I asked for refund the next day asking for my money back but they refused! Honestly this is the worst place ever!

My first nail set here was amazing that’s why I came back but this time not so much not sure if he was new but my nails now have huge globs and are uneven.. if you would like your nails to look normal I would probably go somewhere else.

I will change my rating because they did actually response and offered to fix it. 

Thank you, i may return.
