Andy’s gone. Don’t bother wasting your money. The only good thing about this place is the cleanliness and location otherwise none of them can do nails. Andy come back! 😔😔😔

I got acrylics that were uneven and crooked. After about 3 days 2 of them broke off and when I came in and asked for a soak off 2 weeks later, an employee popped them off with another acrylic nail base and when he was done he put it back in the box!! I don’t know if mine were used to take off another persons nails. My nails are cracked and weak from all the scraping and there’s still glue residue. On top of that, the entire salon is littered with half-drunken water bottles and the employees will be doing either their own nails or others nails while customers are waiting. When I sat down for my “soak off” the technician was sitting on his phone right jnfront of me for about 2 minutes before scraping the glue and paint off of my fingers. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Found out today Andy no longer works here and I'm highly disappointed... Andy had been doing my nails since October 2016, and once every blue moon I'd get stuck with someone else and would regret not waiting for him. Not one other nail tech there has the attention to detail and concern for your satisfaction the way Andy did. 

The pedicures are alright... they do a decent job scrubbing your feet and massaging your legs but when it comes to painting your toes, its like these other "techs" don't know how to properly paint your toes in strokes to make the paint look even. Because of this, the paint chips off easy.

Acrylics are a whole different story... I wouldn't let a single "tech" there do acrylics on me after my handful of bad experiences. They don't trim or push back your cuticles. I always ask for VERY square shaped nails... not square with rounded edges, VERY SQUARE, and maybe because of the language barrier they don't understand what that means, but even after showing a picture Jennifer still gave me square shaped nails with rounded edges. Jennifer also convinced me once to try coffin shaped nails but told me she could only do them on longer nails instead of shorter nails... so I kept them long to try them but the filing she did was all off and wasn't shaped right. When filing and buffing the top of the nails, they are uneven and she files them down flat rather than placing and filing the acrylic to give your nail a little bit of an arch. For her to be their best or lead "tech" her skills are less than mediocre and not worth what you pay for. 

My advice: save your time and money by going elsewhere- do your research and try to find examples of a place's work before going. Just because the nail salon is empty or clean doesn't mean their quality of work is good!
