Had an elemental massage here for 50 mins. I walked out feeling like I was barely touched. I discussed my area of focus beforehand but the masseuse did not focus on that area at all. The place is clean and the staff is nice but for the amount of money I paid I would’ve preferred a better massage. There were parts of my body that didn’t even get massaged but was included in my package that I paid for.

Got a mani pedicure with Nicole today... It was not good. French manicure terrible with uneven lines on nails and both finger and toe nails lots of unpainted areas and poor clean up of paint on skin. She should not be doing nails and am strongly considering causing upcoming facial next week because shows this spa isn't interested in consistent or good service.

Facial with Debbie at Neroli Mequon yesterday! Each time I see her, I am still glowing days later. What a confidence boost! I didn't put makeup on today - didn't want to cover up her work. I have had facials with other aestheticians and love how Debbie caters to MY skin, not an entire product line. Everything is individualized. The icing on the cake is her nurturing energy that provides for a deeply relaxing experience.
