After reading all of the great reviews on this salon, I was extremely excited booking a salon party for my wedding, Between my bridesmaids and family members, we had about 15-20 people who needed hair, makeup and other services done.  

I contacted the salon twice, once in December and again in January to try and set up a time to meet with the owner and finalize a contract for my wedding day.  My call was never returned, I finally called again and the owner happened to be in, we spoke briefly on the phone, she emailed over pricing and contract information.  I emailed her some pictures of the styles that we wanted in hopes of a better estimate on pricing.  THREE months later and less than 50 days before my wedding, the owner finally emailed back.  

I refuse to go to a salon where my business is not appreciated.  Brides and other large parties BEWARE this owner is flaky and does not care about your business!

Last October, I came here as part of a bridal party. While there was a little confusion that was due to bridal part members changing their minds. it was awesome. I loved my nails, and everyone's hair looked great. They were nice, and listened well. I'll definitely go again.

Since I have moved to DuPage County, I have been to numerous Salons; however, none compared to this one. I do not even live in Naperville, but I drive 45 minutes just to get my hair done here. I love their attention to details, and they try to do their best to satisfy you. For example, I wanted a color in my hair that was not in their section, but they actually mixed colors to get the look I wanted. Now, every time I go there, they have the color in the system, so I do not have to describe it again. Also, I love the 10 minute head massage they give with almost every service. Definitely my favorite place to get my hair done.

I love when you go in and they right away know who you are and ask you if you want a beverage! I absolutely love my stylist there. She is very experienced and always does exactly what I want. If there is something I notice that I don't like, I never feel like I can't voice my opinion! Plus they give a free ten minute scalp massage which is AMAZING!!! I would reccommend this spa to everyone!

I have been coming to Belle Raye for a number of years and I always have a pleasant experience.  The staff know me by name and I always leave feeling pretty.  I would definitely recommend this salon.
