I went for a gel acrylic fill and gel polish and they couldn't do the gel fill so I got regular acrylic which is fine. Except... Five days later four nails fell off that was after all the gel polish either chipped or completely came off! I should say I only had one very short nail. I've never had an experience like that before so I won't be going back and I feel bad for that because I'm a firm believer in letting people redeem there mistakes. But man nails are to expensive for all that!

I have been to MANY nails salons in Kane county and NONE of them were anywhere near as good as Trina! She did an amazing job!!! I will never go to anyone again!! Thank you so much Trina!!

Very disappointed, been going here for years and found new owners.  They were distracted and not very friendly.  My pedicure was sub par and the girl that did it spoke 2 words to me.  Unfortunately, they no longer will have my business.

I have been to this nail salon before and never really had a issue. I went in today to get my acrylic nails taken off. The nail tech who I believe is the owner, ripped my nails off. It was very painful and even part of one of the nails hit me in the face. I never want to go to this nail salon again.
