My girlfriend and I went in for pedicures for each of us and a manicure for her. There was one customer in the shop getting her hair done. The manicure and pedicure stations were completely empty. We sat about ten minutes before being called back. I sat for my pedicure and she sat for her manicure. My pedicure took at least 30 minutes. I should note I get them regularly and never polished just a basic pedi that would take 20 minutes at just about any other location I've visited. After I was done and another 15 minutes went by I noticed that the girl giving the manicure was also chatting on her cell phone. Since I speak fluent spanish I should also mention it was a personal call that could have waited. After about an hour and fifteen minutes her simple mani was done. Note this was no special design or treatment as my girlfriend also gets them regularly. Now comes the best part. We walked to the counter to pay expecting to be charged the advertised $35.00 that was printed in big letters on the glass as you walk in. "$35.00 for mani & Pedi." Needless to say the manicurist attempted to charge us an additional 8 dollars. When we asked about the advertised prices she said that was only good with the coupon which she handed us a moment before. We then handed her that coupon, got our advertised price and high tailed it out of there and will not be returning. The plus was the shop was clean. The minus was poor service, extremely slow with zero people waiting. I would also say the kid running around the shop should have probably been left home. Sorry guys but unless you want slow service and game playing with prices I would avoid this place at all cost.
